What are the benefits?

Increases our  bone density reducing the risk of osteoporosis..,Strong skeletal muscles mean a stronger heart..this is recent research where they found that  people who regularly lift weights actually have strong cardiac muscles and that protects their heart from heart disease..it also reduces blood pressure and improve our  balance and stability so that less likely to fall even if we do fall but less likely to hurt ourselves

What To Do

Weight  train two-three times a week

Start with light weights and add more as you get stronger

Eight-ten different exercises for  the major muscle groups.
